Delivery
Our standard delivery charge is £4.50
Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days and sent via courier.

Lighting, fragile, or heavy/large items such as furniture may have a different delivery charge and will be calculated for you at checkout.
We offer free local collection on selected items from the East Croydon area of London (CR0) Please select 'Local Pickup' as the shipping method when purchasing, and we will contact you to arrange the most convenient time.

At present, we are unable to offer international delivery.

Packing
We are actively working to be more environmentally friendly by using a mix of new and old recyclable packaging materials, biodegradable wool packing, and also reusing old non at home recyclable material to give them more than a single use.

Returns
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, we can provide you with an exchange or a refund. Items need to be returned to us within 30 days of purchase, unused and in original packaging.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend tracked delivery as we are unable to take responsibility for lost or broken items.
