Our hand-carved wooden butter knife is crafted from English Ash, sustainably felled from the same Gloucestershire estate where it is made.

Although it's called a butter knife, it can be used to spread any condiment and looks beautiful when used together with one of our hand made Sycamore boards.

Oiled with food-safe mineral oil, its pale hue is preserved for a modern, minimal look and provides additional protection from stains and discolouration.
