This medium Victorian-era stoneware pot or bottle has a flared lip and a brown salt glaze finish.

We like to use these as a vase for fresh and dried flowers.

Traditionally these vessels would carry blacking paste which was used heavily during this period for things like stoves and even leather shoes.
